I do understand you, I used to making my own soaps based on Soap Bases but few months ago I just gave it up and can't find a muse to proceed with my hobby

I can certainly understand both of you above. I suffer from depression and have those feelings often. But may I suggest that you start out by standing back and look for something to have as a hobby, something that will add to yourself (something creative, or a skill, or whatever) and make you feel good about yourself. It needs to be something that would give a small accomplishment early on without too much effort (to begin with). Early, and periodic accomplishments would help feed me to pursue the muse further. I finally got a guitar, I have always wanted to learn to play guitar. But it did not take long for me to realize that learning the chords and trying to play a song with those chords was beyond the effort I wanted to expend. So the guitar sat around for a while, and since I paid a lot for the guitar it would make me feel a little guilty for not having pursued it further. To make a long story shorter, I picked up the guitar and tried again. But as you know, there are different ways to read music, tablature or actual reading the notes. I got a book that taught the notes on each string and viola, I was hooked. I was so proud in a short time that I could read the music. I would practice about three notes on each string. Starting with the first string, it was easy. A small accomplishment, and it kept me going.
